Delivery & Deliverable Ownership Terms

Each Build (Build 1 or Build 2, $4,500 each) is a fixed-scope, one-time engagement with no ongoing retainer. Build 1 is delivered within 14 days of payment and onboarding intake; Build 2 (if purchased) is delivered within 14 days of its payment.

Clients who have completed both Build 1 and Build 2 may also request individual assets on an ongoing basis at $750 per asset, delivered within 14 days of request confirmation — also a fixed-scope, one-time engagement with no ongoing retainer.

Upon full payment for a Build or an a la carte asset request, the client owns all final creative assets delivered. Working files, templates, and internal frameworks used to produce the deliverables remain the property of Lightbody Marketing.

Each Build or asset request includes one round of revisions on the assets delivered, scoped to refining what was delivered — not changing the original brief. Anything beyond that scope is a new asset request, not a revision.

If you cancel before onboarding intake (or request confirmation, for a la carte requests) is complete, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, the fee is earned — Builds and asset requests are short, fixed-scope engagements with most of the work front-loaded, so there's no prorated refund for canceling partway through.

Once a Build or asset is delivered, it's yours to keep, and there are no refunds after delivery. There's no retainer or contract to begin with, so there's also nothing to cancel going forward — if you don't purchase anything further, the engagement simply ends with no penalty.
